OMG -- these people are all nuts!
Yang - who was/is a business owner - wants to give $1000/month to 5 people who go to his site and send him a small note saying how the money will help them ... oh and it only happens as long as he's running. Rumor was that he was going to DROP OUT in the next couple of weeks!!
But you know there's going to be a lot of people who will jump on it even though they don't really support him.
There were the usual suspects as well - Buttigeig, Castro, Spartacus (aka Booker), Harris, Klobechar, and someone else that's slipping my mind
As well as the 3 top contenders: Biden, Sanders, and Warren
Biden was the target and he knew it so he came out swinging, even after the QUESTIONERS!! He did pretty good, until towards the end when he seem to start losing track of his thoughts.
Oh he fought good, and he gave as good as he got.
Sanders went after Biden over the Iraqi war, Biden explained that Bush 2 had requested one thing then moved into his own plans which were never
approved - Sanders countered with saying he, Bernie, was one of the few people who voted AGAINST the move in the Middle East ... my 23 year old son, who was watching with me, yelled at the iPad for Biden to hit Bernie
Oh what a picture that brought up -- like Matthau & Lemmon battling over Ann-Margaret in "Grumpy Old Men" ...Warren does have red hair too.
Sanders pulled out the free healthcare, free college, free drugs ... sounded very old but he got cheers ... I assume by the youth of today who don't want actually do anything to get anything ... he did start talking about global warming/climate change though.
Booker & Harris started on there "White priviledge" Vs. "People of color" binge again In fact Booker brought up the concept of Enviromental Injustice ... What the heck is that suppose to mean???
The moment of the night though was when Biden's mental acuity was brought up - oh it was good!
Biden had said something and then appeared to have contradicted himself 2 seconds later -- I think it was Castro who asked "Don't you even remember what you just said??" Biden tried to clarify - really he didn't contradict himself he just said it inarticulary - but Buttigeig wouldn't let the audience hear the explaination, he talked over the top of Biden repeating the question a couple time since more.
Amy Klobachar had a good showing, all in all, she didn't seem to trip up at all ... when the Yankees bothered to ask her an actual questiin ... probably too normal to be with this crowd. She just seems like the pleasant girl down the street, and she won't jump into any of the "dog fights" on stage. While I think she could actually WIN againast Trump (probably the only one left who could) she will never survive the back-biting going on ... the National Democratic Party has gone totally stupid
Of Biden, Sanders, and Warren ... even with Booker & Harris thrown in ... Trump wins a 2nd term ...
The Dems know it ... so today they've move down the pegs and have voted in committee to open an Impeachment Investigation ... not an Impeachment Hearing - they don't have the votes for that - but an investigation to see if there's might be something there he might be impeached for ... this will be the embodiment of a Wotch Hunt ... now we will have to see if I try will be followed by a Witch Trial!
