YOU TOUCHED THEM LAST!!!

So the crap has hit the fan in NY A reporty ha come out that suggests ... ok, it out right says it ... that Governor Cuomo, or is he Mayor Coumo?, LIED and DOCTORED the numbers ... well not him, really, but those that report to him the numbers ... but it sounds as if he had knowledge at the time. It worked this way ... when people got sick, the nursing homes sent patients to the hospitals ... a bunch died there. when the numbers were tallied, the nursing homes/long care facilities sid "they didn't die here, don't count it against us" ... this meant that the relatives who's parents and grandparents died could not go after the facilities for not acting swiftly enough - not so much because they sent them to the hospital, it simply shifted the blame. its a Intitutionalized game of You Touched It Last ... remember playing that as a kid? You'd put your dirty cup in front of your little sister and when mom yelled about who's it was you could truthfully say "she touched it last"/ or when something wrong happened you'd get your brothers to move it so when the parent came in yelling you could pont the finger and truthfully say "he touched it last" ... its one of those things No one wants the blame ...no one wants to be accountable .,. especially not Cuomo ... So the game of You Touched It Last will go on ... I feel for the people who were left behind o the number of those in long care facilities in NY? went from just over 9,0000 to over 13,000 ... 113, 428 if my math is correct that's a 50% increase
