Well that explains it --
I was watching a local news program "At Issue" (ABC, KSTP) and they had a panellist on who meantioned that no one expected that with the Surplus Rebate would come a 10-99 form ...
In case you nmissed the post - I put it up within the last couple weeks - it turns out that Biden, or rather the Democrats who draft what the President signs, hid inside an Executive Order a hidden cost.
It says, basically, as best I understand it, that if you earn more than $600/yr - outside your normal W-2 earnings - you MUST fill out a 10-99m and pay TAXES on it ... normally this is usually a couple thousand, if I remember correctly ... but now its so much less.
So -- while Biden migh say he's cutting taxes for the lower & middle class folk ... he has, essentially, diddled us all in the hiney!
Didn't even buy us dinner first ...
Or even say "Thank You"
