Okay - I saw this yesterday, but just saw it again today on Outnumbered (FNC) .... a bit of the e-mail Fmr. President Claudine Gay sent to students/staff at Harvard informing them of her resignation:
"Admist all of this, it has been distressing to have doubts cast upon my commitments to confronting hate and to upholding scholarly rigor ... two bedrock values that are fundemental to who I am -- and frightening to be subjected to personal attacks and threats fueled by racial animus:
huh ...
So - there it is. Apparently, plagerism is part of "scholarly rigor" ... once we mighcan forgive, twice we might be able to forgive ... but over 50 times - if the reports are correct - is beyond forgivable.
Why do we do this in America??
In the 80s, Joe Biden had to step down from running for President because it was found he had plagerized stories about "his life" from a politician in the UK ... he Americanized the stories/tales, but he stole nearly the whole thing.
What has this nation become since then??
What a difference 30 years makes.
oh wow - it really has been 2 generations, hasn't it?
WOW
This is very sad
