Well - the bill has come out of senate committee .... for the border side of things ... and it is NOTHING like what people were saying it was going to be ...
It will give $20Billion to "fix" the border - both southern and northern borders - that isn't going to be enough.
It also will allow 8500 people to cross the border daily ... that comes to over 3.1 MILLION people to be let in each year (that's more than most cities in teh US)
It actually sounds like the goal is that it can average out to beabout 5000 people a day - if they are lucky.
This is a horrid bill!
