WHEN APPLES AREN'T CONSIDERED THE SAME

 We've all heard the saying "comparing Apples to Oranges" ... but when looking at the Classified Document cases involving these two presidents, its really "Comparing Apples to Apples" ... or I suppose you could make a joke that its "Comparing Oranges to Nuts" but I digress.

Actually, both had classified documents in their homes ...
Neither had them in "secured" locations (more on this later) according to reportts
Both had a substantial amount
Both showed these documents to people who did not have proper Clearance levels

Differences:

Mr. Trump was a former president, Mr. Biden in the current president.
Mr. Trump is a republican, Mr. Biden is a democrat
Mr. Trump took records from when he was POTUS, Mr. Biden took records from when he was both a senator AND a vice president
Mr. Trump had documents in his home only, Mr. Biden had documents in in home AND in a former lawyer's office, as well as a former office at a university where he lectured ... yeah, notice the media has forgotten those things.

In fact, it was the finding of a document in Mr. Biden's former university office while moving boxes out of an closet that the case broke open.

Also, Mr. Biden didn't just have copies of the documents, he also appears to have notebooks which were full of notes pertainng to what happened during meetings &/or from "skiffs" which were supposed to be secured from such note taking.
