25 March 2024:
"Thankvery much - Judge Engoron has done a terrible disservice for the state of New York - what he's done is terrible, businesses are fleeing - you see that, we just released a statement on Truth. Businesses will leave, and crime is florishing all over the state, and what he's done is such a disservice and he should never be allowed again back in again. New York state is being battered by his decision. So, I great respect the decision of the Appellate Division. I will be posting the $175 Million in cash or bond or securities or whatever is necessary, very quickly, within the 10 days, and I thank the Appellate Division for acting quickly, but (Judge) Engoron is a disgrace to this country, and this should not be allowed to happen. Thank You very much."
Now I have typed it as I heard him say it -- it was in an atrium so there was a lot of echoing going on ... I honestly don't know how people can even hear when a person next to you speaks, much less yelled at you from the other side of the area!
I think he said the judge's first name when he mentioned him, but since I couldn't make out heads-nor-tails with all the echo, I inserted the term Judge instead .... thus the reason it is in parentheses ... (wow that's a tough word to spell) ...
ONE of his posts from his Truth social acct reads as follows:
"This also shows how ridiculous and outrageous Engoron's original decision was at $450 Million. I DID NOTHING WRONG, AND NEW YORK SHOULD NEVER BE PUT IN A POSITION LIKE THIS AGAIN."
(Actually, this looks like it's the second part of the post on the other blog post)
I say this is only one because, well, c'mon ... it's Trump!!
Please can we take away his account after he wins the party nomination????
Or at least get him a ghost poster/writer type person??
Let's try to keep him away from the Foo-In-Mouth disease this time ... PLEASE!!
He has put up several other posts as well ...
"I won't go on from too long, but Judge Engoron has refused to obey the decision from the Appellate Division relevant to the stature-of-limitations \ - this is a confrontation between a judge and those that rule above him - a very bad situation in which to place New York state and the Rule of Law"
Now this post was not put on screen so I am not sure if the "I won't go on" part was from the post, or the person reading it (Harris Faulkner) but since her eyes were looking down at the device, from which she was reading it, I took it that it was actually from the post.
If I am wrong --- i will fix it and reamove this part .... or maybe I will just wtrike through it.
