What are they drinking in California????

I'm watching Good Morning America (ABC) - yeah I know, it gets me angry, but this isn't politics - and they are doing a story on these 2 .... AGAIN!!

It seems like the District Attorney wants to get them CHARGED differently .... to INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER!!

Had they called the cops right away after they had shot hem ... or called before they EXECUTED their mother .... I might agree ...

BUT .... they didn't do that

They admit they WENT TO THE MOVIES .... 

Think about it ....

They had just shot their parents FULL of bullets - blew their dad's head off - the cops said were BRAIN MATTER everywhere in that room .... put the gun to their mom's CHEEK and pulled the trigger as she was CRAWLING AWAY ...

They would have been COVERED from head to toe with blood and GSR (gun shot residue) .... 

It would have been on the clothes ....

It would have been on their skin ....

It would have been in their hair ...

How the heck could they have gone to the movies like that??

They couldn't .... 

They had to have taken showers to clean themselves up to go into public!

They went back - no cops .... so they went out AGAIN ... to set up an ALIBI

I'm sorry .... why would they need an alibi if they were acting in self-defense????

Wait - there's more ....

Then for 6 MONTHS they spent money like it was going out of fashion ....

Cars ...

Businesses ....

Tennis Coaches ...

Rolex Watches - this is such a sore spot for me ....

The only reason they were even caught was because their PSYCHIATRIST had a mistress tha got tick off at the Doctor ....

She TOLD the police there were tapes of the sessions .... and in some of them one of the brothers ADMITS TO MURDER .... gives vague details about what happened ...

The Dr. then tried to blackmail the Brothers!!!!!

Holy Crap -- and now they want to set these guys FREE???

The D.A's theory?

They aren't the same people they were back then ...

You guys had LESS proof ofn Charles Manson, than you do these guys -- and you, rightfully, kept him in jail until he DIED ....

This is so wrong - so wrong ....

It does not MATTER what was going on in the DAs office at the time - no scandals, just no wins - it doesn't matter what the mdia did (the press had a heyday) - it does not matter whatt Saturday Night Live did ....

What matters is the JURY VERDICT ....
