GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES

VERDICT IN JOSE REIBARA trial .... he was the man accused of kidnapping, raping, and killing LAKEN RILEY ....

It will be interesting to see how Biden will say about this ....
Remember, during the State of the Union address, Biden called her "Lincoln" Riley ....
And EVERYONE in America screamed "IT'S LAKEN, NOT  LINCOLN, YOU IDIOT!"

So, this was an incredibly SHORT trial .... 

The day Jury Selection was supposed to begin ... the turd (I refuse to say his name anymore) decided - or at least his lawyer said he had - he didn't want a Jury Trial, he would rather have ONE person make the decision.

Closing statemens were this morning, and the verdict came back about 1/2 hour later ... it was quick ....

So, they then took an hour break - because both sides said they would like a bit of a break - and the judge was going to come back with the SENTENCE ....

Well, since the turd was found GUILTY of ALL CHARGES .... 

Witness Impact Statements were given by Laken's family and friends .... this took almost an HOUR if not more ... so I had to do some hunting for the acual verdict ...

Not as easy as you might think - most of the news networks had already moved back to their regular programming/subjects ....

The prosecuting attorney began reading the stentences she would like to see ... and they showed the turd sitting at the table ....

And he looked as if he had been crying - he was certainly sweating ... A LOT ....

here's his sentences:

Count 1: Malice Murder - Life without parole
Count 2 vacated as matter of law
Count 3: vacated as matter of law
Count 4: vacate as matter of law
Count 5: Life in Prison, to run consecutive with Count 1
Count 6: 20 years, to serve consecutively with Count 5
Count 7: To merge with Count 1
Count 8: 12 months, consecutive
Count 9: 12 months, consecutive
Count 10: 5 years, consecutive to Count 6

This is supposed to put the felony crimes (Rape & Murder) ahead of the misdemeanors (peeking Tom & hiding the body) ....

I am now waiting for a cry from the ACLU that he didn't get "adequate" represntation ... or that the inerpreter had made some sort of mistake, or he wasn't told something he should have been...

I'm just waiting for that shoe to drop ...
