FOLLOW UP: NEW ORLEANS, TRAGEDY

This just keeps getting worse ...

Death toll now up to 15 people

With dozens more injured and in the hospitals ...

As of 7am this morning they STILL had the area closed off ... and by the sounds of what I was seeing on the news last night - they hadn't removed any of the bodies yet ... 

It sounds as if the truck was being rented through an app called Tuvo Turo.. or something like that ... but apparently it's a thing now to rent your car out to strangers to use as they wish ...

Why would you do that??
You give them a perfectly good car ... or at least one hat will go from point A to point B ... and if they use that car in stuff like this?

The cops are going to be coming to look for YOU first!

I remember when my daughter tried to talk her grandparents into making the resort an AirBnB -- I asked her how were we supposed to know if the people renting it were using it nefariously????

So after explaining what the word meant ... I hate the public school system these days ... the reply was "how do you know the people you rent to now aren't doing stuff?"

Honestly - if you have kids, teach them what NEFARIOUS means ... if it has more than 2 syllables, the teachers won't use it any longer.

In the flatbed area of the truck, they found all sorts of things that could be used as "shrapnel" in an IUD ... as well as items to make such things.

Attached to the truck as well was a flag pole - wrapped in a grey jacket - and flying an ISIS flag ...

EXCUSE ME???

The flag I heard of before - but, what's with the jacket???

They're asking the same thing, right now.

The police in Texas, located the driver's home and raided it ... inside were a woman and some kids ... no word on who these people were ...
