The FBI is saying there were two other men and a woman in the truck Before it ran the crowd the driver getting out and shooting at officers who came running...
The driver of the pickup, once he ran into the crowd, drove into a construction crane... the officers ran towards the vehicle, most likely assuming that he was having some sort of a medical issue
It has been said that the driver of the truck, was a member of the US Army stationed in Texas along the southern border... he had also served over in Afghanistan, had received several accommodations for work well done...
Surveillance showed, after the tragedy... well, before the tragedy - they just didn't look for it until after the tragedy... That the three men and the woman in the truck, were caught on camera dropping what looked like Iud's... basically "bombs"... around the city/parade route
