FEDERAL TAX REBATE - WHAT??

I almost missed this one - and this hasn't happened since the 1990s .... it is so rare ...

But because of the savings through DOGE President Trump says they are kicking around the idea of using 20% of the savings towards PAYING DOWN THE NATIONAL DEBT ....

and another 20% to be given back to taxpayers - and under Trump, you know it will be for those who actually PAID TAXES who will get the rebate ....

Wow - my residence is MN .... they have the odacidy to charge Income Tax on SOCIAL SECURITY ... yup .... they pick the pockes of the elderly ... but they don't charge income tax on GENERAL ASSISTANCE or SNAP/EBT .... However - when the time comes at the end of the year - what I call Looney Tune Time ... aka Tax Time.  they will pick your bank acct. clean.

But if there is money to be given back via "rebate", chances are - you ain't gonna see any of it!

I just hope any Federal Rebate actually uses some common sense!
