Well - leave it to CA to"fix" a problem .... by making a NEW problem ...
They have decided that Glocks - one of the most popular firearms in America - can NOT be owned in their state.
Not "cannot be used" but rather Cannot be OWNED ...
So - this means most of CA's police officers are now breaking the law ... because most officers prefer the Glock.
Why?
Because it operates smoothly - it is less likely to have issues - it can fire underwater I'm told - they, as I understand it, are ceramic so they tend not to set off scanners .... Air Marshall's love them.
But, don't take my word for it .... here is the latest episode from "Truth Matters" on YouTube ....
So - instead of ARRSTING the people USING the pistols, they have decided it is best to just dump the pistol ...
I'm going to guess - in a few yeas - we will be seeing this go to the Supreme Court ... where, as it stands now, it is likely to be maade into a mute point.
This will be interesting .... I'm guessing Newsom is betting on the next President being a Democratic Sociolist (DSA) and will pack the court with like minded judges ...
