Now the story mentioned that the federal officials are going to start the deportation process---well what about her jail time?? Doesn't she have to serve that first? Any of our citizens would have to serve it in any other foreign country (they do not say what country she is from)!
A local news investigation has found that there were two MN id cards (not driver's licenses) issued to Alianiss Nunez Morales, within one year of each other...they both had the same spelling & birthdate...the physical describtion of the issuee is different, one is taller and heavier than the other.
This smacks of forged papers--lets hope they can track down who the supplier is too!
I just hope she ends up having to serve the full 40 yrs before she gets deported, and that they don't let her off with 5 yrs w/good beh. and then loose track of her while seeing her to her plane.
