OMGs!!!! I didn't realize the first time I saw this that the other person in the frame is an EMPLOYEE of the place she's at--notice the 'wonderful' customer service and 'empathy' for her situation (the creep is laughing about it as she is falling trying to get to the other side of the machine)---I hope he gets so busted for this!

This poor lady--then to top it off she fell down...bet she didn't get her money back either!
