Why are they so surprised???

SURPRISE! Dems Break Promise: Stimulus Bill to Floor Friday - HUMAN EVENTS:

"The fact that the Demos have now broken their promise to have the public able to see the bill for 48 hours may drive more Dems into the Republican camp."

Of course they broke the promise -- if they let the public see it 48 hrs before hand the phones in DC would melt from everyone calling their representative to stop it from going thru.

This is a horrid bill, stuffed full of stuff that would never make it to an appropriations bill but people wanted their money - so they put it in this bill. It is full of stuff that have absolutely nothing to do with the economy or jobs or fixing the housing crisis.

THAT is what the bill was supposed to be about -- instead its just politics as usual.

Its crap in a fancy bag.
