According to official reports, one of 66 satellites owned by Iridium, a U.S. telecoms company, and the Russian Cosmos-2251 satellite, launched in 1993 and believed to be defunct, collided on February 10 about 800 kilometers (500 miles) above Siberia.
However, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Leonid Shershnev, a former" Yeah that's it .... we done blowed up a satellite because we had nothing better to do than waste a billion bucks -- oh sorry -- forgot who was in charge now.

So Obama needs to stop and think about all the leaders who have dealt with Russia and ask himself which one seemed to keep them in-line the best ....

So he should be asking himself "What Would Reagan Do?" right now .... after all .... wasn't he being compared by the Dems to Reagan all thru the campaign ... he was called very Reagan-esk.
