I swear we need to use that line more with people ....

Tuned back into news to see what's up with the G20 .... Obama is talking to the Russians trying to 'negotiate' over Afghanistan (not that we helped run them out of there 20 years ago or anything) ...

instead I saw protesters beating on bank windows until they smashed .... and it took a good 15 shots with whatever they were using to beat it in ...

I saw at least 10 people with cameras & video taking images of this person doing it, instead of stopping him/her ....

Whoever did this was surrounded by at least 30 people who not only didn't try to stop him ... but cheered him on ...

The police couldn't get to this person to stop them because either they couldn't see it thru the crowd or because no one in the crowd went over to an officer to tell them ....

It is so out of hand over there .... bankers are dressing down during the G20 summit so that the crowds can't tell them from non-bank workers ... why? Because the protesters are attacking bankers!!

This is so sad .... not because its people out of control ....
not because property is being damaged ....
not because the crowd didn't care if anyone was hurt ...
not because the protester vandal couldn't care less about anyone around him/her ...

The sad part is that the Officers have to feel like they are being thrown to the wolves with just a stick to protect themselves.

On the bright side --- this is not America ... so whoever took those photos/movies will NOT be protected by the Constitutional clause that protects the press from having to turn over sources or images ... heck, they get to have cameras on the street to catch criminals over there -- over here they are considered "violation of privacy' even though its a public street.

Those poor officers though ....

I really feel for them.
