Why, you may ask?
Because it is already -9*F and it will just get colder from here ... in fact they are predicting over-night lows of -20 to -25*F tonight ... now see - THAT'S cold...
and in Alaska they are laughing at me right now going .... "Ha that isn't cold at all!"
But still .... 20*F is not cold enough to issue a "frost/freeze/cold advisory" for ....
Ok - maybe in like .... Florida where the crops depend on it staying around 50*F ... but New York? Ah C'mon!! I thought they were heartier folk than that.
