Health Care Reform bill Law

I think I posted something simular to this before about the states sueing over the Health Care law ... the one that requires all Americans to have insurance whether they want it or not - whether they think they need it or not ....

Here's an updated list of the states who have joined in:

19. Virginia
20. South Carolina
21. Florida

Virginia has a state law already on the books which says that no one can make anyone buy anything they don't want ...

generally the Federal law would trump State Law ... but they would have to prove that the Constitution gives them the right to force you to have health insurance ...

The feds are relying on the "Interstate Commerce" laws ... but that is just to keep you from taxing goods that come from outside your state to promote (or force) people to use goods manufactured in your own state.

BUT this is going to go all the way up to the US Supreme court ... and my guess is that the liberal leaning panel will up hold it ... although ... now that they are on the highest court of the land, they can't be fired ... so you never know.
