So Fox News (FNC) breaks in for the President's speech to the UN ... and they switch [actually don't know if its Fox or the UN cameras] to a long shot of Hilary Clinton sitting in the US' seats ... but as they pull away there is a dignitary from another nation

either that or it was a deep prolonged wipe with his BARE HAND ...

Don't know what nation it was, but he was wearing traditional Arab garb - the long white robe with the head draping as well ...

when the put up a second shot of her, they switched the angle so you could see any of the other dignitaries.
