but that the sates have to continue to impliment the law until the appeal is settled.
So what does this mean?
You're still screwed ... until the matter is settled the states must comply ...

Apparently the WH was already held in 'contempt of court' in LA ... it happened about a month ago (according to Greg Abbott (R-TX Attorney General).
