His Poll Numbers Must Be Down Again

Obama did get a boost in his numbers, he jumped to a 44% approval rating ... I think that tied him with Jimmy Carter, but still lower than NIXON!

Well well what do you know ... His numbers were down and suddenly they got Bin Laden ...

Not getting as big of a boost as he had hoped, they suddenly got the second in command as well...

His numbers slumped again and suddenly news came yesterday (thursday) that they got khaddafi/Gaddafi/Quadaffi or whatever the spelling of the week is -- why can they never get this right?

Strange enough that the media was getting away with showing photos of this man having what looked like a shot to the head ... "execution style" as one main-stream, network, noncable news channel put it ...

But then to have the president come out and say that while the US didn't have any troops there we worked with them to get the intelligence needed -- way to try to take credit!

But he must not have gotten a boost from that because now today he has announced that he is going to pull out troops from Iraq by the end of the year ...dubbed as a "fulfillment of one of his campaign promises" ... ri-i-i-ight... It has less to do with the last election and more to do with the one coming up next year.

Some of the interviews I've seen of "experts" have been very revealing ...

Such as the fact that as soon as Obama left Iraq last time (his "Apology tour" one expert labelled it) the Prime Minister of Iraq went to Iran to make alliances ...

Nor has there been much talk about how the generals feel that we need to keep a minimum of 12,000-30,000 troops on the ground as "peace keepers" ...

One station said the Iraqi PM did NOT want us to pull out, while others have been reporting that it was a "mutual" agreement for the troops to leave ...

Any way you slice it -

Libya is pretty much up-for-grabs by any extremist group over there ...

Didn't Egypt just go thru a shake up?
Saudi Arabia has been having it's own issues...

Pakistan just went thru a power shift ...

Palestine is doing their own share of "saber rattling" ...

India has it's wary eye on Pakistan...
Isreal has one on Palestine ...

Then there is Turkey who should worry about what will happen to Iraq since they let our troops cross the border and they are fearful that the Kurds will cross the border into their country if hostilities start within Iraq's borders ... Then there's the Sunnis and Shites as well (interestingly enough, SUNNI and KURD are both in the iPad dictionary, but Shite is not ... Those poor people aren't even recognized in autocorrect)

I think we will find that this is a horrible move ... But I hope not ...

It just seems so unstable over there right now ... And not just in the middle east but in Africa's nations as well ...

I'm really worried that we may find ourselves closer then ever to WW3
