He was wearing a dark suit but his hands were cuffed to his sides by chains which went around the FRONT AND BACK of his body?
WTF???
If the courts decided that people can't be brought to court in their orange jumpsuits because it might prejudice the jury/judge, then how can bringing this guy in looking like he will turn into Hannibal Lector supposed to give him a fair break?
WTF?
Wonder why the ACLU isn't putting up an out cry
His arms are strapped down so tight the in order to shake hands with his council he has to move his entire body to reach them
