This will increase the number of people DIAGNOSED as alcoholics by 60%!

I think it will be higher - after all, one of the requirements is that it's gonna take some time for a person to get over a hang over ... DUH

And how many people have woken up and said "I think I drank too much"

The attempt was to try to call attention to Binge Drinking going on at colleges across the nation ...

and to try to get alcoholism covered under health insurance ...

I THINK its to try to get more FEDERAL funding for state institutions that treat alcoholism ...

or we should start getting ready for the next big Prohibition act ... kinda like they've done for TOBACCO ...
