FOLLOW UP: Obamacare Enrollment

This is a follow up on the higher "enrollment" numbers that the government put out this week ...

Those 35,000 - 50,000 people are NOT actual purchases of a plan -- rather they are simply people who put plans into a CART ...

We call this WINDOW SHOPPING where I come from ...

Cost = NOTHING

Benefit = NOTHING

So here's my question ....

When I try to go on iTunes or amazon or any other online shop I get asked the same thing ...

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION 

How the heck are people supposed to PAY for their insurance???

Are they enrolled on their word that they can pay???

I smell BIG TROUBLES AHEAD
