THE LIVING CONSTITUTION

So, the US Constitution is supposed to be a "living document" meaning that things can be changed if certain criteria are met ... this does NOT however apply to individual state constitutions ... the "living" aspect is based upon the document itself - most are written as such though, but I cannot say for sure abut this one.

Again, criteria MUST be set first ... and MOST will not allow a Governor to BYPASS the legislatures part of doing the job of making laws and admending the states constitution.

It will be interesting to see how this works out.

Again though, this is a case of Law Abiding Residents will not be allowed to carry weapons, but the Cfiminals will still be able to get their weapons by illegal means as they do now.
