Have you heard what the current government says everyone OVER 65 are supposed to be doing?
I saw this on this morning's Good Morning America (ABC) so I'm not sure how true it is ...
but according to them - they did a study of 9,000 "elderly Americans" aged 65 and older ...
FIRST OFF being over 65 does not make you elderly ... that term is used for when you are over the age of 80 years old, in my mind - or if you need in-home medical help or are in a nursing home ....
Anyhow - just a peeve of mine, I've known people who are in their 50s who were more elderly than my in-laws in their 70s ...

The study said that only 17% of people were getting the government recommendations of excersize ...
What are these recommendations?
